FAQs

  • Pilates is a workout that’s as fun as it is effective! Pilates strengthens your core, improves flexibility, and enhances your posture—all while keeping you feeling energized and balanced. It’s like a full-body tune-up for both your body and mind. Who doesn’t love a workout that leaves you feeling both challenged and relaxed? Come see for yourself!

  • Welcome! Try to arrive 15-20 minutes early for your first visit so that we can show you around the studio and make sure you are all set for class. Parking is limited, so allow yourselves a bit of extra time to find a spot.

  • If you're new to Pilates, we recommend scheduling a PRIVATE SESSION or joining our FOUNDATIONS class. Both options cover the fundamentals and provide a solid base to help you build your pilates practice.

  • Yes! Pilates is an excellent way to support your body during pregnancy—helping with posture, core strength, circulation, and overall wellbeing. That said, there are some important guidelines:

    • ‍First trimester: If you already have a Pilates practice, you may continue taking all class levels and privates.

    • ‍Second & third trimesters: We recommend transitioning into our FOUNDATIONS or PRIVATE classes. These formats are safest to modify during pregnancy. We will accommodate class flow to the best of our ability.

‍If you’re new to Pilates: We recommend booking a Private Session of Foundations class where your instructor can tailor every movement to your body and guide you through safe modifications.

For the safest experience, always let us know if you are pregnant before class so we can adjust programming and support you fully. Please send us a message on our contact tab prior to class.

  • We recommend wearing athletic clothing with stretch and bringing water to stay hydrated during class. For hygienic purposes, we require that grippy socks be worn in the studio at all times (grip socks can be purchased at the studio). We provide all other necessary equipment; including props.

  • Spots are first come first serve. It's a good call to sign up in advance as spots go quickly! You can also join our waitlist.

  • Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early. For safety reasons, we do not permit students to enter class late.

  • To maintain a smooth, respectful, and safe experience for everyone, we have a firm late policy in place. Clients may be admitted up to 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. After that, the door will be closed and locked, with a “Class in Session” sign posted—please respect this boundary. We know life happens, but starting class on time is essential. Each session begins with important instructions, warm-up, and equipment setup—all crucial for safety and flow. Arriving late not only disrupts the instructor and fellow clients, but also increases the risk of injury if the warm-up is missed. Thank you for helping us create a mindful and respectful class environment for all.

  • Group and private classes may be canceled with at least 12 hours’ notice without loss of credit. Cancellations made within 12 hours of class will result in the loss of your class credit, and failure to show up will result in both a $25 fee and/or the forfeiture of the credit. For memberships, the policy differs slightly:

    • Unlimited Membership: late cancellations (within 12 hours of class) and no-shows will incur a $25 fee.

    • Limited Memberships: late cancellations (within 12 hours of class) and no-shows  will incur a loss of credit.

  • Monthly auto-renew memberships reset at the end of each billing cycle. Any unused classes will expire at that time and do not carry over to the next month. Regular class package expiration varies based on package type. Please refer to your account for details.

  • Yes! Membership freezes are available in 1-month increments and must be requested before your next billing date. If you experience illness, injury, or another unexpected situation, we’ll do our best to accommodate a shorter freeze.

  • REform does not operate a lost and found and cannot be responsible for personal belongs. Please make sure to take everything with you after class!
