Pilates is a workout that’s as fun as it is effective! Pilates strengthens your core, improves flexibility, and enhances your posture—all while keeping you feeling energized and balanced. It’s like a full-body tune-up for both your body and mind. Who doesn’t love a workout that leaves you feeling both challenged and relaxed? Come see for yourself!
-
Welcome! Try to arrive 15-20 minutes early for your first visit so that we can show you around the studio and make sure you are all set for class.
-
If you're new to Pilates, we recommend scheduling a PRIVATE SESSION or joining our FOUNDATIONS class. Both options cover the fundamentals and provide a solid base to help you build your pilates practice.
-
Yes! Pilates is an excellent way to support your body during pregnancy—helping with posture, core strength, circulation, and overall wellbeing. That said, there are some important guidelines:
First trimester: If you already have a Pilates practice, you may continue taking all class levels and privates.
Second & third trimesters: We recommend transitioning into our FOUNDATIONS or PRIVATE classes. These formats are safest to modify during pregnancy. We will accommodate class flow to the best of our ability.
If you’re new to Pilates: We recommend booking a Private Session of Foundations class where your instructor can tailor every movement to your body and guide you through safe modifications.
For the safest experience, always let us know if you are pregnant before class so we can adjust programming and support you fully. Please send us a message on our contact tab prior to class.
-
We recommend wearing athletic clothing with stretch and bringing water to stay hydrated during class. For hygienic purposes, we require that grippy socks be worn in the studio at all times (grip socks can be purchased at the studio). We provide all other necessary equipment; including props.
-
Yes! We highly recommend reserving your class in advance, as many of our classes fill quickly.
If a class is full, we encourage joining the waitlist. Waitlists move frequently as members adjust their schedules, and many clients are successfully added into class.
Please note that joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot. You are responsible for monitoring your waitlist status through the REform Pilates app or website. You'll typically receive a text and/or email if you're added to class, but notification delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Once you're moved into class, all standard cancellation and no-show policies apply.

Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early, especially if it's your first visit.
Our studio doors lock 5 minutes after class begins to ensure a safe and uninterrupted experience for everyone.
Clients arriving after the doors have been locked will be considered a no-show and applicable no-show fees may apply.
-
Please arrive early enough to check in, put on your grip socks, fill your water bottle, and get settled before class begins.
For the safety of our clients and instructors, the studio doors lock 5 minutes after the scheduled class start time.
Once the doors are locked, clients are not permitted to enter class and will be considered a no-show.
The beginning of every class includes important warm-up exercises and equipment instruction that help reduce injury risk and create a better class experience for everyone.
-
Group classes may be canceled up to 8 hours before class without penalty.
Early morning classes must be canceled by 10:00 PM the night before to avoid penalties.
Private Sessions require 12 hours' notice.
Late cancellations are subject to a $15 Late Cancel Fee.
Failure to attend your scheduled class will result in a $35 No-Show Fee and the loss of your class credit when applicable.
Each client receives one courtesy grace waiver per calendar year for either one late cancellation or one no-show. Additional exceptions may be considered for emergencies or severe weather at the studio's discretion.
Because we are a boutique studio with limited reformers, late cancellations directly impact our instructors, staff, and other clients hoping to attend class. We kindly ask that you double-check your reservation date and time before booking and cancel as early as possible if your plans change.

Membership classes reset at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over unless otherwise stated.
